Good catch, Kevin. Congrats! Did you get the satchel, too? That's the real steal. I love that thing and I'm Mr. Multipocket normally. One of the FT posters (Gadgetfreak) came up with a really cool vertical way of packing it. This makes it very easy to organize and to access the contents. It's also foldable to the point where you can carry it inside another bag as a back-up option.

Mine arrived today. Surprising capacity, well made. It had a tag on it which listed a retail price of $395, which is absurd, but it's definitely a steal at $69.99 I checked this evening and there are still a couple left.
And Till, no, this is the only one I picked up. After a ton of internal debate and nail biting, I decided that I'd use a carry-on wheelie for our trip in June, and this is going to be it. I'll still pack light to leave some room left over for purchases.

I've admired the case for a while but the advertised size 22x12x12 has kept me from pursuing it. Are those the true dimensions? Do you plan to check it? Unfortunately, I'm a addicted to carry-on for this size.

I don't plan on checking it. I just measured the bag and the dimensions are 21″L x 12.75W x 10.5″H. This is what BA allows for carry-ons:
Hand baggage
When you travel with British Airways, you need to ensure you are aware of the restrictions on your hand baggage, including:
- the maximum allowable size of your bag
- the restrictions on carrying liquids
- the restrictions on carrying duty-free liquids and when they might be purchased
- the list of banned and restricted items in your baggage
Your free size allowances

The standard-sized bag is no more than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (22ins x 18ins x 10ins), including the handle, pockets and wheels.
The bag must be able to be:
- fitted into the gauge available in the check-in area
- lifted into the aircraft's overhead lockers unaided
…so I'm thinking/hoping I'll be ok. (One last note – the "hard" or "rigid" height dimension is 9.5")
