    i don’t believe the Darth Vader experience. When I visibly broke my iPhone, they refused to service me and told me to make an appointment for the next day. (Oakridge San Jose CA store).

    Their service is terrible, and I was on the verge of just cancelling my contract and switching to another brand of smart phone. I phoned up AT&T and told them just that.

    And their “geniuses” aren’t. When I started talking tech to them I received blank stares. Sorry – but if you’re selling me a high-tech product you better have knowledge of it. I don’t want to hear about the latest gaming app.
