Thanks for flagging. The problem is that this is from Beach Camera. I once bought a new DVD/VHS player from them and it was dead on arrival (via shipping, presumably). They wouldn’t accept the return and made me deal with the manufacturer, which required me to pay shipping and fees just to get it to work. No more Beach Camera for me.
