		<description>I can confirm that for Germany those values are correct. When tipping a taxi driver you round up but I&#039;d always give 1 Euro. Say fare is 18.70. I pay with a 20E bill. If he was nice and helped with the bags, he definitely doesn&#039;t need to give change. On the other hand, I wouldn&#039;t give a taxi driver in Germany 1E per bag that he put into the trunk. Often there is a surcharge anyway if you have more than one bag per person.</description>
