Michael, There are so many reviews of the Touch out there, I’m not sure I could add anything of significance. Suggest you look at the customer reviews at Amazon – they’re usually quite well thought out and written.
I have a friend with a Zune HD but I just wouldn’t consider one vs. the IPod Touch, and this is founded totally on feeling and brand preference and not a single fact or comparison. ! Just being honest. As for HD, keep the size of these screens in mind. I watched “Taken” on the iPod Touch the other day, and it was terrific – crisp image and great sound.

Yes, you most certainly can read the NY Times on it. And no, you can’t watch Hulu. Hulu requires Flash, and apparently Apple doesn’t allow the use of Flash Player on its products. I’m sure there’s a way around it, but I haven’t found it yet.
