		<description>Sometimes, it doesn&#039;t matter that much how much skills or knowledge you have about the job by the time you apply as to how much willing you are to do the job no matter what by simply learning on your own if you are already there. I mean my point is, skills and knowledge is dynamic. No matter how much knowledge you already have, you still need to learn more at some point. Just my 2 cents..:D</description>
