Research, research, research some people just don't do enough of it. A jobseeker really needs to become desperate sometimes in order to understand that they need to change their job strategy.

Very well written

As a twenty-something I've been stuck in this logic rut as to why I am working so hard to find a job I expect not to enjoy.
Sometimes, it doesn't matter that much how much skills or knowledge you have about the job by the time you apply as to how much willing you are to do the job no matter what by simply learning on your own if you are already there. I mean my point is, skills and knowledge is dynamic. No matter how much knowledge you already have, you still need to learn more at some point. Just my 2 cents..:D

If it is possible to understand the problems of your potential employer and you can convince him you will solve his current and potential problems, you will get the Job. If you get the job and deliver more than you promised, you get a promotion. If you deliver more than you promised and it goes unnoticed, you start your own company.
