Several checkpoint-friendly laptop cases have been discontinued at Skooba Design and are on sale at deeply discounted prices.
Intended to be placed inside larger, unpadded bags, these sleeves will speed your trip through TSA checkpoints. Click on the images above to visit the pages at Skooba Design.

I stopped by Target’s luggage department last week on a lark, and found out a couple of things – they already have TSA friendly laptop bags at low prices – not hi-so but adequate. And they have a knockoff of the Rick Steves packing cubes, my favorite.
So if you aren’t looking for something spiffy, just something to get the job done, don’t forget Target. Fair prices, good quality (unlike, in many cases, Wally World).

Hey Michael,
Good to hear from you. Thanks for the tip – I always forget about Target, even though there’s one about 2 minutes from my house (I realize this makes no sense). Hope all is well with you!
