This is a great recipe. I did the slow roasted pork shoulder/Boston Butt thing today, using this recipe from a site called Kevin and Amanda’s Recipes – Perfect Pulled Pork – Slow Roasted, Seasoned and Sa-vor-y and the result was mind numbingly, pork fat orgasmically wonderful. Try it sometime – you will not be disappointed.
Pork shoulder: 7 lbs.; brined for: 20 hours; roasted for: 11½ hours + 1½ hour cool-down; calories: don’t ask
