Melissa Biggs Bradley, founding editor of Town & Country Travel magazine and the founder of Indagare.com, a member-based website, newsletter, and booking & advisory service for travelers, wrote an article for Huffington Post yesterday focusing on the latest indignity associated with air travel.
Entitled “Airport Hell,” her piece documents the audacious (and inconsistent) efforts by a certain U.S. airline to leverage its baggage policy in order to extract additional revenue from its unfortunate passengers.
