Kevin,
I came across this Thanksgiving series of recipes and posts, including healther versions of classics such as

# Scalloped Potatoes
# Cranberry Sauce
# Thanksgiving Stuffing
# Gingerbread Cookies

For those of us who aren’t used to cooking a huge celebration meal, it might seem daunting - so that's why I liked the Skinny Chef's simple tips and do ahead ideas that even beginning cooks can use.

A reviewer on Stumbleupon mentioned something along the lines of "Where's the casserole?" I don't have any turkey casserole recipes, but we've had a killer Chicken Divan recipe in our collection for decades. Here it is, converted to "Turkey Divan:"

Ingredients

-2 10oz. packages frozen broccoli
-2 cups sliced cooked turkey
-3 Tbsp. white wine
-1 cup mayonnaise
-2 cans cream of chicken soup
-1 tsp. lemon juice
-1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
-1 Tbsp. melted butter

Arrange broccoli in ~13" x 11" baking dish or casserole. Place cooked turkey pieces on top. Combine soup, mayo, wine, lemon juice and pour over turkey. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Mix bread crumbs and butter & sprinkle over top. Bake 350* for 25-30 minutes.
