		<description>I made these tonight and they turned out pretty good. They were very simple to make and very substantive. I originally made them exactly like you did but after trying one I cut all the bars in half and individually wrapped them for a reduced serving size. Great recipe that is easy to play around with. Like the post above I was looking for a homemade bar for after the P90X workout. This will be great.</description>
